Nottinghamshire Ambassador Programme

Nottinghamshire Ambassador Programme

Nottingham Event Ambassador and Nottingham International Ambassador programmes were established to attract high-profile events and conferences to the city and county, and to give Nottingham Ambassadors a platform to share their success stories with a wider audience.

Some of the Ambassador success stories include the 30th European Congress of Arachnology, brought to the city by Dr Sara Goodacre, with over 150 arachnology experts, students, researchers and scholars who are members of The European Society of Arachnology as well as non-members interested in the arachnology studies from across the world attending this prestigious event, the Inner Wheel conference brought to the city with a support from Dr Karine Latter with over 2,000 delegates attending over three days, and the 19th conference in the International Non-contact Atomic Force Microscopy secured with the support from Professor Philip Moriarty.
