Motorpoint extend sponsorship deal with East Midlands’ biggest entertainment venue

The UK’s leading independent car retailer, Motorpoint sign a three-year extension to sponsor the Nottingham Arena.

Motorpoint has announced the extension of its sponsorship and naming rights partnership with the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham until at least June 2024. The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is the largest indoor entertainment venue in the East Midlands with a 10,800 capacity and has stapled its name as a venue that hosts some of the biggest names in music, comedy, sports and family events. Motorpoint Arena adaptability also allows it to offer state-of-the-art conference facilities which can host a range of events such as gala dinners, product launches, and exhibitions.

Hayden Vokes, Motorpoint’s Marketing Director said:
“The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham sponsorship enables us to give our customers the opportunity to buy pre-launch tickets to every show at the arena, whilst also giving us fantastic exposure to both a regional and national customer base. To be associated with one of the UK’s top arenas not only gives us great brand awareness, it also benefits the many charities we work with through ticket giveaways and opportunities, so we can raise funds for worthy causes in the region.

To celebrate the venue reopening after 18 months and to mark one of the first UK arena tours post-Covid, Motorpoint will present a DeLorean on Bolero Square for McFly’s final date of the tour at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham this Wednesday 29 September. Fans are invited to have their picture taken with the DeLorean before entering the venue for McFly’s show.

The next 24 months are set to be the busiest ever in the venue’s history with a record number of events set to take place at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. The calendar of events includes everything from ice hockey to concerts, comedy, tribute shows and family events with many more events to be announced over the coming months.
