From 24 – 25 June 2014, Emerging Electronics 2014 will be taking place at SMS Electronics Head Office in Beeston, Nottingham, and will showcase the UK’s leading engineering and manufacturing firms.

SMS Electronics Ltd’s mission is to be the leading supplier and service solution provider into all segments of the electronic assembly industry.

Their invite only workshop-based conference will give electronic companies the opportunity to network with peers from the industry, meet leading suppliers and discover advances in technology launching over the coming years.

Spanning across two days, the event will offer guests the opportunity to tour SMS Electronics factory, indulge in seminars and network with like-minded visitors. An event highlight will be the attendance of two VIP speakers. On Tuesday 24 June, Richard Bullock, Deputy Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire will be making the opening speech, and on Wednesday 25 June, David Ralph from D2N2, LEP will be making the opening speech.
