The Food Oral Processing 2018 conference is scheduled to take place at Nottingham’s De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre and Orchard Hotel next year with over 200 delegates expected to attend over four days.

The conference will be the fifth in a series of successful events (the most recent being in Lausanne in 2016), which have each attracted participants from both industry and academia, and stimulated helpful scientific discussion and interdisciplinary research.
