International Conference on Non-Contact Atomic Force Microscopy 2016 (NC-AFM 2016) will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre at the University of Nottingham. It’s the 19th conference in the International Non-contact Atomic Force Microscopy (NC-AFM) series.

The conference will focus on both experimental and theoretical research involving dynamic force microscopy, related techniques, span force microscopy-based imaging, spectroscopy, manipulation of a variety of surfaces, adsorbates, nanostructures, and interfaces.

The Nottingham NC-AFM meeting will build on a highly successful history of stimulating and engaging conferences in a wide variety of locations including, most recently, Cassis, France (2015), Tsukuba, Japan (2014), Maryland, USA (2013), Ceský Krumlov, Czech Republic (2012), and Lindau, Germany (2011).

This conference is brought to the city with the support from Nottingham Ambassador – Philip Moriarty.
