Whether you’re looking for a conference venue for 10 or 1,000 delegates, you couldn’t find a better place to go for your mid-week event than Trent Vineyard Conferencing.  This purpose built conference facility is conveniently located in Easter Park on the Western edge of Nottingham City Centre, just off the A52 ring road, with easy access to the M1 and East Midlands Airport and just a short taxi ride away from Nottingham train station. Free on-site parking for 280 cars makes the venue even more appealing if you’re travelling by car.

We were given a show-round by General Manager Will Hallam and were instantly impressed by the facilities on offer – including one of the largest auditoriums in the East Midlands.  The huge main auditorium is over 960 square meters and can accommodate up to 1,000 delegates conference style or up to 450 delegates cabaret style.  Our joint reaction, on first sight, was ‘wow’ – it really is that impressive!

It is not just the sheer size of the space that impressed us.  We were as equally amazed by the fact that no matter where in the room you were sat, you had the same excellent view of the sizable stage area and large media screens – there are no pillars to blight your sight.

The acoustics too, we were reliably informed, are equally as impressive as the auditorium is well equipped with excellent sound and media systems.  Add to this the flexibility of the layout, the licensed bar, along with air conditioning, and it all makes for a space that is perfect for any conference or event.  An adjacent meeting room provides an excellent space if a separate area is needed for lunch, although catering in the main auditorium is not a problem.

If a large space is not a necessity, there are numerous options available.  Choose from 10 different sized meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 130 delegates theatre-style, and many of which are air conditioned.

Whichever room you choose, you are assured of the same excellent customer service.  A designated host is assigned to look after your every need and each room comes complete with a digital projector and screen, with full technical support. Assistance with transport, hotel accommodation and conference planning is provided at no extra charge to the client, and wi-fi comes as standard throughout the building.

An on-site cafe, which is open to the public and frequently used by passers-by and nearby workers (a good sign in my mind) is convenient for smaller lunch parties but for larger functions, the services of a number of outside caterers are called upon.

Booking your event with Trent Vineyard not only fulfils your corporate needs, it also enhances your sense of social worthiness too. For, as the venue is owned by the congregation of the church which takes over the space at weekends, any profits that are made are used to fund their social enterprise projects, helping the poor, the homeless and the disadvantaged in Nottingham.

Get booking your next conference or event there very soon as I’ve a feeling it’s going to get even more popular!
